Anca Dehelean graduated from the Faculty of Law (Babes-Bolyai University – Cluj-Napoca) and has been a member of the Bihor Bar since 2011.
Anca Dehelean is currently a Partner within Dehelean & Dehelean and has an impressive experience in the fields of administrative-fiscal law, labour law, insurance law, competition law and distribution law, offering legal assistance to several national and international corporations regarding various legal aspects, as well as offering legal advice to employees.
Her extensive experience in the field of labour law includes staff restructuring, legal counseling regarding the transfer of employees following a reorganization process, business transfer, takeover and privatization, representation and assistance in collective dismissal procedures, agreements and negotiations with unions, the reintegration of employees, the cancellation of notices of termination or the termination of employment by mutual consent.
Anca is also specialised in litigations concerning administrative law, fiscal law, summary offence law and collective lawsuits, having been involved in important projects initiated by clients against Romanian authorities. Furthermore, her expertise covers also the fields of public acquisitions of goods, services and works, providing assistance to either contracting authorities or to participating business operators, during awarding procedures, in all aspects regarding the drafting of awarding documentation or offers, requests for clarifications, opinion formulations, and arguing them before competent authorities.
Anca Dehelean has successfully represented numerous multinational companies in courts of law and arbitration courts, in debt recovery lawsuits against the Romanian state, lawsuits regarding the cancellation of summary offence reports, as well as in numerous civil, commercial, fiscal and contentious-administrative actions.
Anca has offered legal assistance to her clients in matters regarding litigations, as well as negotiations and transactions. Among her most recent successes: the judicial cancellation of the Ordinance of the Minister of Transport No. 733/2013 within a collective action, the judicial cancellation of notices of assessment borne by a regional public corporation that were drafted by the Romanian National Agency for Fiscal Administration (NAFA), the drafting of a due diligence report for the purpose of analysing optimal methods for the privatization of a district heating plant or the successful representation in court of a Hungarian insurance company in an international private law litigation concerning the payment of indemnities.

Marius Dehelean graduated from the Faculty of Law (Babes-Bolyai University – Cluj-Napoca) and has been a member of the Bihor Bar since 2011.
Marius Dehelean is currently a Managing Partner within Dehelean & Dehelean and has an impressive experience in corporate law, having coordinated various mergers and acquisition projects, as well as company restructuring processes, incorporation of new companies, reorganization processes or dissolution of companies in Romania. He has offered legal counseling during and after the successful completion of the projects.
Furthermore, Marius has an extensive experience in matters related to insolvency, debt recovery, capital market, natural resources and energy, privatizations and European funds. Marius Dehelean has successfully represented numerous multinational companies in courts of law and arbitration courts, in debt recovery lawsuits against the Romanian state, lawsuits regarding property rights, as well as numerous civil, commercial or fiscal actions.
He has a vast experience when it comes to negotiating and structuring complex transactions, having been involved in due diligence analysis, as well as in all the other stages of a transaction, assisting clients during negotiations, until its successful completion. Marius has offered legal assistance to his clients in matters regarding litigations, as well as negotiations and transactions. Among his most recent successes: the acquisition of a Romanian company by a Czech company for the purpose of building a biomass energy power plant, the drafting of a due diligence report for the purpose of analysing optimal methods for the privatization of a district heating plant, or winning an international arbitration case whose object was the recovery of a debt of over one million euros for a Hungarian company from an Israeli building company.
